The Estate is family owned and operated, established as one of the leading industrial estates in the area since 1979.
The site has excellent transport links to the motorway network, to The Potteries and Stafford and is well signposted along major routes.
Many of the current occupiers of the estate have been situated here since the early Eighties growing their local and national businesses.
Since 2007 renewable power to the estate has been supplied by Eccleshall Biomass, one of the UK's first dedicated biomass power plants which generates electricity from biomass fuels.
